Our house is detached, well equipped, spacious & south facing with walks & off road cycling from the doorstep, fab views. We have 4 doubles, 1 single, lovely beaches nearby, large garden, patio BBQ & fire pit, dogs are free. I may be able to be flexible on dates & numbers, do message me. Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Barn on Exmoor Farm

The Pony Stalls, near Brompton Regis is a recently converted barn on a working farm on Exmoor, within easy walking distance from Wimbleball Lake. Sleeping up to 6 guests in three rooms, it's well-suited to families. There are gardens at the front and rear [enclosed]. Both have lake views. The barn, once used to house the farms working horses, has been tastefully restored with modern comforts. Within a 40 minute drive from the M5 yet close to open moorland and stunning views of the lake.
