Beautiful cabin feeling home with a pond and huge yard! Great for Bachelorette and Bachelor Parties, Family Birthday Gatherings, or Random Getaways! Due to dry year - pond water level is extremely low. Paddle boards, swim rafts/tubes, outdoor and indoor games, and wood for firepits included! Spacious outdoor dining space with fireplace by the pond and propane grill (propane and grilling tools included)! Pond has sandy bottom and is shared with neighbors, but are rarely out at the same time.

Bedrooms have king or queen beds, two with additional bunk beds plus an open bonus room with a sleeper sofa brings the sleeping total to 12 adults. Bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms are brand new! High-end appliances, tiled bathrooms, large jetted tub, and even a Laundry room that was used for a Speed Queen washer/dryer shoot. 4 miles to EAA, close to downtown.
