We are conveniently located minutes away from multiple boat launch sites, including Jack Smith and 15 minutes away from Oatman Ghost Town, a family favorite. Looking for some adult fun instead, we are 20 mins from the casinos in Laughlin, Nevada.

Discover a desert oasis on the Colorado River with this Mohave Valley home! The vacation rental boasts 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms just a short walk from Mohave Indian Tribe’s beautiful riverfront beaches and within minutes of hundreds of off-road trails. Spend days lounging in the sand or cruise along the coast to Avi Casino, Needles Marina, and Jack Smith Park, all located closeby. Afterward, unwind in the air-conditioned space or on the back patio, equipped with a grill and shaded area!

Needles is slow paced with access to the mighty Colorado River rarely crowded. There’s sandy beaches and sunshine! Ride bikes around this historic town and check out the sights on Route 66 as well as The El Garces train depot just a few blocks away. Our home has extra street parking if you have a boat in tow. Enjoy food delivery including River City Pizza, just a short distance away. We welcome travelers to enjoy a restful stay in this quiet neighborhood just off of the highway.

Welcome to our Desert Oasis. We have the perfect spot for you!! Enjoy a day at the lake, an afternoon on a Razor or a night at the casino our home is the spot to enjoy the beauty of Arizona desert. Enjoy Netflix on 80in TV or lounge in the volleyball pool(3.5 sides/5ft middle). BBQ and dine under covered patio. Friendly neighborhood. Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. Parking in driveway and street (no garage access) side parking for razors. no pets, NO SMOKING! ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS!!

The house has everything you could need for a weekend at the river. Enjoy morning coffee(provided). while seated under the large patio cover with fans BBQ, table (see pics). It will feel more like a home than an Airbnb. Near the water &, close to 3 launch ramps, and off-roading trails. Large driveway for an RV or boat. The house stays extra cool with A/C, solar screens, & blackout blinds. Your pet will ❤️ the doggy door. There is no garage access or parking in the backyard.

Check-in at 3:00 pm: Check-out at 10:00 am: We are centrally located in Fort Mohave, Arizona—walking distance to coffee shops, grocery stores, take-out, and much more. The backyard is fully fenced in for your pet. There are multiple golf courses and boat ramps to start your fun! The Avi casino is 3 miles away, and more casinos and great food are 20 minutes away. Katherine's Landing (Lake Mohave) is 25 minutes

Newly updated with open concept living room and kitchen we also love the split bedroom layout which is perfect for our family and bringing another one when we stay.
