A 1st floor master (king)/bath and a queen and 2 twins/bath upstairs. There is secure bike storage and a hose to wash bike after ride. Near the Maryland mountains, 30 min. to Whitetail Ski Resort, 1 hr to Shenandoah National Park, 15 min. to Catoctin Mountain park. 1 1/2 hr to DC and couple of blocks to C&O Canal bike trail. Located near quaint downtown shops. Enjoy relaxing in the beautiful garden area in the back or on the front porch! Big kitchen, grill and multiple smart TV’s available.

Cozy West Virginia Treehouse

Thanks for checking out our treehouse! It’s 4 minutes from downtown Shepherdstown and 15 minutes from downtown Harpers Ferry. We are excited to share it with other fun-loving folks! The treehouse has heat and AC, a tiny kitchen with a mini fridge, stove top, toaster oven, gravity-fed sink and kitchenware. There’s a bathhouse built on the back of the host’s home with a conventional toilet and shower. There’s also an outhouse with a light and essentials. We provide wood for the fire pit also.

After sitting empty for 20+ years, the house has been restored to be lived in again and it has maintained much of its colonial charm. The house has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.
