This historic brick store was built back in the 1930s, nestled on 26th Street (near historic 25th Street). It has a history of being a boutique, a hardware store, and a beloved toy shop but has now been renovated into a modern, yet original living space. Easy access to downtown, trails, reservoirs, etc. More than enough space inside the suite, and a lovely outdoor dining space.
