No 1 Boatman's Row is an idyllic former fisherman's cottage in the historic harbour town of Wells-next-the-sea. It is tucked away on a quiet lane, a 5-minute stroll to the quay, pubs and shops. It has one bedroom with a king sized bed and sleeps two adults in comfort. The cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen, wood-burning stove, parking, an attic room with views of the marshes and a sunny, south-facing cottage garden. The stunning sandy beaches of Wells and Holkham are a 25-minute walk away.

Breathtaking views, and a private fully enclosed garden - the perfect retreat. Dog friendly. REDUCED RATE WEEKLY BOOKINGS (NON-PEAK TIMES).

Birdwatchers Retreat in Cley: annexe for one guest

Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. This warm and comfortable well presented modern refurbished small annexe (one guest only) benefits from en-suite shower room, independent access, outside seating area/patio and secure parking on site. Small kitchen with hob, combination microwave, toaster, kettle, nespresso coffee machine and fridge. Two comfortable armchairs and flat screen tv. Sunny outside terrace with table and chairs.
