This cottage is all about the view! Beach-side location at the base of the 199 steps - perfect for exploring the beautiful historic town of Whitby. Browse in the eclectic independent shops and sample the finest seafood in the local eateries. Walk up to the abbey, stroll along the piers and collect fossils from the beach, take a ride on the steam train to the neighbouring villages and explore the moors. Please note due to the beach side location of the cottage, there is unfortunately no parking.

Cosy Cottage Close To 199 Steps, Perfect Location

The Shoemakers Cottage has undoubtedly one of the best locations in Whitby right at the bottom of the 199 steps tucked in a quiet alley off the cobbled street. A small but cosy romantic cottage over 3 floors close to the harbour, the abbey and very close to Tate Hill Beach. BBQ and picnic basket set provided. Romantic victorian freestanding bath in the main bedroom. Arrival is down the busy cobbled church street. Best location. On-street parking scratch card provided in the W zone 10min walk.

Spring Bank Cottage in the heart of Whitby

Spring Bank is a beautiful cottage in the heart of Whitby, the home of Dracula. The cottage is cosy and well equipped, we have underfloor heating in the kitchen and comfy sofas on the 2nd floor lounge. The bathroom is located on 3rd floor with the bedrooms. The twin bedroom can be made into a double bed & we can provide a travel cot if requested. One small well behaved dog is allowed (not in the bedrooms or on furniture). You're surrounded by restaurants and pubs all within walking distance.

This newly refurbished Victorian town house is only a 5 min stroll to the harbour cafes bars & restaurants. Can sleep 8, Room 1 King size bed, Room 2 double bed , Room 3 two single beds and Room 4 has a double sofa bed (ground floor), this room doubles up as a second living room when the sofa bed is not required. 2 bathrooms, one on ground floor The newly fitted kitchen and dining room are on the lower ground floor. Knotts Landing is situated along Bagdale opposite Pannett Park. This first floor modern apartment benefits from a bathroom(with shower), kitchen/living room/dining area & a king sized bedroom. There is a travel cot & highchair available. No dogs under 1 years old or cats. Although the apartment has no private parking, unrestricted street parking is near by.
