Set in a remote location, surrounded by farmland and beautiful countryside views. The area is full of wildlife, with the barn owls living close by. Watch the deer and hares in the early morning across the fields. Bring your binoculars to spot the birds of prey. A truly beautiful place. Accommodation is spacious, with two good sized bedrooms and large open plan, kitchen and living room. Large TV, Wi-Fi, comfy corner sofa and outdoor space to enjoy the views. Perfect for a peaceful weekend away.

This is a pleasant light studio in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of historic King's Lynn. You have a shower room and loo and your own kitchen. The bed is a proper size double sofa bed, easy to use. Daytime sofa and bed at night. You have your own front door. Very good wi-fi. It is an easy walk from the rail and bus station. There are great restaurants close by. I want to make your stay enjoyable but I will not be a "hands on" host though we live upstairs and can easily be contacted.

A quiet retreat offering peace and privacy in a detached building within our large garden. Lockable entrance gate with key available on arrival. Wifi access is included which most guests have found perfectly adequate. Breakfast of cereals, bread, milk and (if requested)sausages, bacon, eggs etc provided for you to cook your own at a time to suit you. Although there is not a full kitchen, we have provided a small oven.
