The Tiny (off grid) House on Wai Māhanga Farm

Your Air Conditioned accoms are a small Off Grid Tiny Home. It is situated in Taumārere just out of Kawakawa on SH11 on the way to Paihia on our working Regenerative Farm. Specifically built for couples to enjoy the privacy and beautiful farm views over green paddocks to the Cycleway and Vintage Railway. Situated on the Tutukaka Coast, we have outstanding views of one of the worlds best diving sites - the Poor Knights Islands. We are a few minutes from the Tutukaka Marina and the outstanding Surf at Sandy Bay. Our two bedroom self contained unit is located down a private road and offers a quiet retreat for a weekend away or a great base to explore the beautiful beaches, dive the Knights or visit the nearby vineyard, golf course and Marina . Basic continental breakfast is available for guests.

Situated on a private 4ha rural property on the flanks of Mt Parakiore viewing the Whangarei Harbour, our new, stand-alone cottage is inviting guests to relax on the deck spotting our local Kahu flying by. Kukupa Cottage

Kukupa cottage is a three year old cottage on the top of a hill overlooking Kowharewa bay. It is on a piece of lovely land that has another house next door but is very private. It is lovely and warm with everything you need for a winter getaway. In the summer it gets all day sun that needs to be blocked but there are blinds along the front which you may need some of the time. There is a lovely wooden deck at the front also, with a roll out awning.

Fairytale Treehouse

This gorgeous house is built right in the boughs of the trees reconnecting you with tales like the Lord of the Rings and the Magic Faraway Tree. Take an adventure into this dreamy dwelling that's nestled in its own private stand of native trees. This quiet getaway is not far from the city, and based on our secluded 28 acre property. Breakfast items are also provided for you to prepare at your leisure.

Absolute Beachfront Bach

Traditional kiwi bach right on the beach at Moureeses Bay, Northland. Perfect place to get away from the city and switch off from technology. Surrounded by pohutukawa trees and flax bushes, for privacy and great bird-life. The beach is safe for swimming, rock pooling, kayaking, paddle-boarding and has a surf break at the southern end of the beach.
