The cabin is fully self contained and guests will have all they need to enjoy their stay! On your doorstep you will find the ever changing scenery of the river estuary, the wildlife, walks in the South Downs. The picturesque town of Shoreham by Sea is nearby, and the beach is a 1 minute walk away.

Your private 8 seater hot tub is exclusively yours between 4-9 pm located on the main house's patio, 25 meters up from the lodge. The cabin provides a eco-friendly, cosy, self contained retreat in the hamlet of Toat, West Sussex. It is a 10 minute walk to the River Arun, the Wey and Arun Canal. Stunning views over the farm, and it's horses, cows, sheep and free range chickens. The cabin has: free fast wifi access suitable for remote working, private parking, footpath/bridleway from our entrance.

"Olive View" is a purpose built cabin, with a hot-tub & private terrace and patio area. There are plenty of options for you here; a quiet getaway to enjoy that well earned break, or a base to visit local attractions such as the South Downs, Brighton or Worthing. The interior provides a perfect couples escape. Inside, the space has a kitchenette (no oven), a dining space, a king-size bed, pocket doors leading to a shower room & cloakroom. The cabin is located at the end of our garden.
