Sleeping 9 comfortably, the house is perfect for large or extended families, groups, or friends travelling together. In Kapparotota, near Weligama, you’ll discover paradise. This beautiful villa features two spacious bedrooms upstairs, complete with air conditioning and private bathrooms. The living room offers a cozy chill-out area for relaxation. The open kitchen is fully equipped to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a family feast, which you can enjoy in the outdoor dining area while watching the waves and the sun set over the ocean. A large rooftop terrace provides breathtaking 360-degree views.

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Palamu sits on a small hill overlooking our coconut groves. It's designed as an extension of the plantation. A thatched roof, mud walls, tall coconut pillars. 2 bedrooms flank the living area & open kitchen & are fitted with king size beds & ensuite bathroom. Open air rain-showers are an experience in themselves esp. at dusk with a brilliant sunset, swaying coco trees and cool running water after a hot day. We do not have air-conditioning.

There is NO AC but with fans.
