The Annexe is a self-contained, one-bedroom guest suite, with shower room, living and dining area with kitchenette facilities and parking. This quaint cottage is nestled in the small, countryside village of Meare green, with easy access to the A303 and M5. Being close to the national cycle routes 33 and 339 it is popular with cyclists, walkers, and bird watchers alike.

Situated in a rural position with outstanding views across the Somerset Levels, Rose Lodge is set within the owners’ grounds, near the village of Aller, and artisan town of Langport. It has been lovingly converted from a former mobile home with cedar cladding and double glazing. After a day spent exploring this beautiful part of the country, you can relax in the inviting hot tub whilst savouring the 180-degree view across the Somerset Levels. Portcullis End Cottage is a quirkily-decorated self-catering retreat giving you the best of both worlds: 5 mins walk from the river, independent High Street, cafes & shops. Bring your SUP, bike or kayak! There's a small private courtyard for alfresco dining and stargazing. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome with no fee, please get in touch if you have more than 2 dogs. There are no other dogs on the premises. PLS NOTE: This private location has a strict no-visitors policy.

Myrtle cottage is a modern, dedicated living space annexed to our 17th century thatched cottage. Pitney itself is a delightful small village situated above The Levels. There is a traditional pub serving real ales, local ciders and great home cooked food and the superb Pitney Farm shop offering organic meat and veg from the mixed farm & market garden. The area offers lovely walks directly from our garden up into the hills at High Ham or down on to The Levels and the river Carey.

The Dairy is a lovingly converted barn set in a gorgeous courtyard setting. We have kept the original beams and furnished with antiques sourced at local auction houses. It is a roomy conversion and can also be rented as a 4 bed. The very comfortable king size bed has an ensuite shower, with power and rainfall shower. There is plenty of outside space and a gas BBQ for your use. There are also bicycles and an all weather tennis courts guest can use, please ask.

The carriage has been hand built and reclaimed from an old Devon railway carriage into a luxury self contained space - perfect for romantic breaks in nature.
