This is a private upstairs living quarter, located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, with private entrance in rear and self check in. Located only minutes from Downtown Dallas and less than 10 minutes from the Potters House. The room has two queen size beds, desk, television w/cable and WiFi. Room has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster and keurig coffee maker, crock pot and electric skillet. Printer is available for less than 10 sheets at $1 per page. No smoking on property and no pets allowed.

Mars Hill Farm Tiny House Cottage

This tiny cottage is nestled behind an old farm house on a 100 acre working farm just 25 mins south of Downtown Dallas. The 200 square foot space features a detached / shared bathroom connected by the front porch with beautiful stock tank soaker tub. Inside there is a bunk-room complete with full and twin size beds, a cozy loft with a queen mattress, and quaint living room with futon, electric kettle, microwave, and mini fridge. If you need a place to escape the hustle and bustle this is it!

The Shack

The SHACK is an eclectic space that evolved from our love of building with repurposed materials. Includes old cedar fence pickets, floor tile is made from an old tree. As The SHACK took shape we decided that the theme is sort of anything redneck construction including duck tape, even has a chain link clothes line. With all the amenities of course!! We hand built the custom waterfall sink faucet. Bed is held up w/log chains, tile shower that resembles a quilt w/ exposed copper plumbing.

"Very Cute & Clean 640 sqft Country Cottage sitting on 1/2 acre of land that also includes a BONUS room with a desk and a elliptical. We tried to think of everything you might need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, including a stocked kitchen with all that you might need to prepare a meal, a comfy queen size bed, and a walk-in closet containing plenty of room for your things. Bathroom has a hairdryer, plenty of towels, and starter toilet paper. We have WIFI and smart TV's.

My cabin is a hidden gem in Urbandale, a neighborhood only 15 minutes from downtown that's filled with unique architecture, old trees, and multicultural flavor. Crafted from pine felled and hand-planed in Boone, NC, the cabin has a wonderful smell and unique aesthetic. It's like a woodcutter's home deep in the woods, yet sits safely in my verdant backyard.
