Riverfront Studio Cottage with Hot Tub & Kayaks

This is a small private waterfront cottage located in a park like setting with a wonderful view of the Maumee River. It is ideal for a couple's get-away. This is a one room 16'X20' studio apartment which includes a separate bathroom and two sleeper sofas that pull out into double sized beds with double mattresses for comfort. The entire cottage was remodeled in 2020 and has a new kitchen and a new bath. In addition to the free use of kayaks, there is a 10 mile walking trail withn 50 feet .

First floor laundry.Full eat-in kitchen, laundry room, internet, smart TV, fireplace, and upper and lower decks!

River Road Inn & Sweets - Private Suite

Located in a historical charming town 12 mi. south of Toledo, this 1890’s home provides the perfect guest accommodations for a relaxing get-a-way. A private electronic key entry leads to a second-floor suite with 2 Q-bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom w/ tub/shower, stool and sink. Guests are invited to unwind on the wraparound porch (May-October). Off-street parking is available for one car. Close to I-75, 80/90 and Rt 24. Sleeps 4 (ages 7 and up) and is not handicap accessible due to stairs.

"Hunter's Ridge" is one of 12 cabins my husband and I purchased in 1997. It is a small 3-room log cabin with a private, queen bedroom. The living area has a futon sofa bed and a small loft with a mattress. There are complimentary kayaks & canoes to navigate the islands and free bicycles for the wooded hiking trail. There is a kitchenette with the essentials. There is a brass hand-pump toilet and wooden tub with only a shower head to rinse off. There is a 2-person hot tub overlooking the river.

The Red Barn Guest House is filled with all the conveniences of modern and updated living, but in a tranquil and natural setting nestled in the Midwest countryside. The Red Barn Guest House is structurally detached from the owner’s main residence and has all of its own amenities. Situated on 5 acres, the house has a large front porch and fire pit for outdoor relaxation. Inside, the luxuries abound with granite countertops and modern appliances.

Second floor of a historic home built in the 1800’s. Above a quaint Tea Room. Private entrance, you will be the only guests. Access to Clara J’s Tea Room during operating hours. (Call to make a reservation if you would like Proper Tea Wednesday-Saturday) Walking distance from many shops, restaurants, bars, a movie theater, and our excellent Metropark! There is not a kitchen. There are NO cleaning fees. The exterior is currently being renovated, but this has no impact on your stay. (2024)

The Suite features a private entrance, sleeps up to 6, full bath, full kitchen, washer/dryer, fireplaces, Wi-Fi, and more. A staircase leads down to a beautiful valley and river beach. A great spot for fishing, kayaking, swimming, etc. It's a Walleye fisherman's dream and great location for all the Birders!

This little gem sits on 2 acres of beautiful land with mature trees. Our little cottage is only 500 sq. ft. So it’s ideal for 2 people but will accommadate up to 4 (2 kids or 1 adult on futon). We are just 1/4 of a mile away from W.W. Night Nature Preserve for morning or evening walks! We are conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the 75/I80 interchange with several stores and restaurants just 1 exit away! We love our military so ask about our discount after booking!

Boho Chic Apartment in Maumee

Boho Chic, one bedroom apartment in Maumee. Queen size bed and pull out full sofa bed with foam mattress. Space could accommodate 4, but could be tight for some guests. Apartment is on the second floor with exterior stairway. There is a friendly yellow lab, as well as a beagle and a small terrier mix on site. All are trained on a fence, and have been enjoyed by past guests. There is a fence separating the walk way from the dog's access.Our space is for non smokers.
