For a more hands-on experience, join us for a tour to get a closer look at life on the farm. Established in 1739, our farm has a rich history in agriculture and livestock. The cozy studio-style cottage features an open living space with combined bedroom, living, and dining area, along with a kitchenette and bathroom with a shower for your comfort and convenience.

Welcome to my downstairs space! This clean open concept space is ready for your long term or overnight stay. This studio space is the lower level of a raised ranch house. I live upstairs with my dog and share laundry with airbnb guests. The space has a private entrance through the garage, private bath, and kitchen area in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to Taft and convenient to Rts 8 & 84. Off street pkg. Whether you are interested in two nights or two months, you are welcome here!

Near to grocery stores, great restaurants, and shopping centers. 15 minute drive to Toyota Oakdale Theater, 20 minute drive to Lake Compounce Amusement and Water Park, and 30 minute drive to Yale University, Museums, and downtown New Haven. A slightly longer drive will take you to to the beautiful shoreline, Hammonasset Beach State Park, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos!

East Mountain Views at its finest. This clean, 3-bedroom newly updated ranch is centrally located to highways and shopping centers. Walk out to the back deck and experience some of the best views of Waterbury including Fireworks from the back deck (month of July). Wi-Fi/cable, central AC/hot air, washer/dryer, and grill are included with the stay. Plenty of entertainment (board games, corn hole, foosball, air hockey table) are provided. This house is truly relaxing and will feel like home.

Lakeside Private Guest Suite

Feel like you're in your own studio apartment in the spacious, bright lower level of our home! Walk out to your own lounging/dining area. Guests have their own separate entrance & parking space(s). Enjoy the serenity of Camp Columbia state park, as it is our extended backyard. Tip: The sunsets are beautiful! 2 hours from NYC, 30-45 minutes to local skiing & just 10 minutes to Washington Depot. We've recently made some updates in response to guests' feedback!

Sticks and Stones Farm - The Solar Cabin

Sticks and Stones Farm offers a rustic glamping experience! When you stay with us you'll get the adventure and fun of camping (no electricity, outdoor showers etc.) while still getting to lay your head on a soft pillow in a bed. You can treat your stay here as a chance to go inward or enjoy interacting with the different programs and events going on! Easy access to highway. Parking is available behind left garage, which may be available. Ask for details. Quiet area, On cul-de-sac. Wi-Fi, Netflix, Prime,Hulu FYI: I host a friendly card game every two weeks in the garage till 11:30 PM.
