A beautiful roomy studio in the Old Town This studio is in a pleasant neighborhood with pubs and restaurants nearby, and only 150 meters to the Royal Route. Fully renovated in 2013, our studio comfortably accommodates up to 2-4 travelers (one king size double bed and additional pull-out sofa). Fully equipped kitchen ncluding coffee machine, teakettle, and utensils for basic cooking. We also provide maps, guidebooks and other materials to help you get your bearings in Warsaw. The studio has 25 sq meters and is located on 4th floor (there is elevator so no worries!) with balcony facing the inside square which makes the apartment extremely quiet. The exposition of the windows is south so you’ll get plenty of sun throughout the day. Within walking distance you’ll have at hand various bakeries, restaurants, bars and whatever you desire! Our studio is located on Dobra street very close to: The Old Town,Vistula boulevards, Copernicus Science Center and other tourist attractions. It is a fully equipped apartment suitable for one or two people. A great place to explore the city with public transport acces, city bikes stations and many more. Please note that the apartment is located on a busy street and next to a large construction site, which may cause some inconvenience. As hosts, we have no control over these external factors.

Charmed with the area we decided to build an unusual apartment in a vacant roof space. The ‘Soft Loft’ was created at the back of the most popular and energetic Nowy Swiat Street in the only building in the city with its own tower. It attracts attention with its simplicity, originally preserved bricks, textured plaster work and exposed timber.
