The Gypsy Farmhouse is a 1952 Sears Kit House and the original farmhouse on the Junk Gypsy property. It features plush beds, custom Signature Hardware bath tubs, a gourmet kitchen and a large seating area with a rock fire place. There is a king bedroom downstairs with a custom crown headboard, tufted sofa & a full bath with a oversized copper bathtub. Hm is on HWY 237 between Warrenton & Oldenberg-6 min from Round Top! Guests have private use of pool and house. Peaceful pasture with views of wild life and cattle. Relax on front porch swings and enjoy the pool with gazebo, smoker, and grill. Enjoy the stocked kitchen to relax and stay in & cook or check out one of the many fantastic restaurnats nearby. The home has a variety of entertainment such as board games, ping pong table, tv's & pool.

Round Top Ranch Retreat-Pickleball Court!

Come enjoy the solitude of a rustic country escape with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The 19 acre property includes a pool, pickleball + basketball court, and full kitchen. But, we are not a fancy ranch, we are a rural country escape! We do our best with regular pest control, but you may encounter unwanted country intruders like scorpions, spiders, or even an occasional mouse. Please book elsewhere if that’s outside your comfort zone!
