PET free- due to the co-occupant has pet allergies or other health issues exacerbated by pets. Stevens, Hammond marina, jaunts to Astoria, Seaside, as well as everything else the area has to offer. And did we say, wildlife is abundant!

Tonquin's Rest is a beautiful private suite in the upstairs of a 1903 Victorian home in Astoria's tranquil Uppertown neighborhood. The home is located in walking distance to the Goonies House, Pier 39, the Astoria Riverwalk and hiking trails. It is a 35 minute walk or 5 minute drive into downtown Astoria and a quick 25 minute drive to the beach.
