The Wallowa Lake Chalets are situated between Wallowa Lake and the Eagle Cap Wilderness. These Chalets have an open floor plan and were designed to encapsulate the natural surrounding beauty. The decks of the Chalets stand 26 ft above the ground creating some of the most surreal views that can be found anywhere in Wallowa County. The Red Horse Retreat in downtown Joseph was once a a local's favorite cafe and coffee shop that has since been transformed into a bright and charming vacation home in the heart of downtown Joseph. The Red Horse now features two large living areas, expansive decks next to the creek with great views of the Wallowa Mountains , an "almost full" kitchen, and sleeping for six guests with a king, queen and double bed. You'll love the bright spaces, the charming touches, and the awesome location.

Wallowa Lake is one of our favorite places to vacation with our kids and grandkids! We’ve spent countless valuable hours here and we are excited to share our favorite place with you and your family! Our home is comfortable for people of all ages. We bring our parents here and love that they have complete enjoyment of the full space inside and outside. They can sit on the deck & enjoy the family playing in the lake and get to be a part of the memories our kids and grandkids are making!
