There is a farm across the road, when the wind blows from the southwest you might experience the smell of livestock but mostly it's fresh air and sunshine. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Enjoy the dock, shoot some pool and play some foosball. This place has everything.
