Countryside annexe located in the New Forest and only a few minutes drive from the nearest beach. Christchurch, Bournemouth, Southampton and Salisbury are also within easy reach. We live on a popular cycle route 2, The accommodation comprises of either a double bed upstairs and/or double sofa bed downstairs. There is a shower room/lounge area/kitchenette/withkettle/toaster/hob/microwave/mini oven with grill. We are also close to several wedding venues. Not suitable for infants/young chlldren.

Ideal for couples who want to explore Dorset and the New Forest which is a 5 minute drive. Annex is 50msq, and on 2 levels. Upstairs a kingsize Simba mattress & bed with ensuite. Relax and recharge in our cosy one bed cabin, tucked away in a peaceful garden setting -the perfect base to explore the beautiful South Coast Wake up to birdsong and enjoy breakfast on your private bistro patio. The hot tub is our most popular amenity and provides luxury beyond a lay-z-spa, taking comfort to the next level (parasol provided for wet days). An additional fee is applicable. NB the hot tub is not available for use on the morning of departure Free parking is provided on the road

A short walk through the bunny reserve and you are at the beautiful coast with a choice of sandy or pebble beach. The house is nicely decorated and well equipped inc lovely outside space. Local amenities only a 5 min walk offering shops, bakery, fishmongers, and a range of fantastic eateries. The house is well positioned for walks or cycling in the New Forest. Mudeford Quay, Hengistbury Head, Christchurch and the Isle of Wight are all within easy reach. A light, airy home in a beautiful setting.

Welcome to the dog friendly Studio. We are Ideally located between the coast, which is just a 5 minute stroll and the New Forest approx 10 minutes drive . The Studio is a self contained private space with a kingsize zip and link bed , fully equipped kitchenette , a private bathroom with lovely walk in shower. The studio is attached to the main house , but is completely self contained with its own private entrance and a small private outside courtyard area .Parking for one car on driveway
