We feel like we're on vacation every day of the year and look forward to sharing our 26 acres with you. Heavily wooded land with rolling trails, birds, deer, squirrels, turtles, chickens, mini donkeys and bees. A large amount of our property sits on the Diascund Reservoir which provides a whole other side of nature. Opened April 1, 2021.

This is a spacious apartment above detached garage, with a roomy balcony. The property sits on the Rappahannock River- guests are welcome to use the beach and dock! Property has a private entrance. The bathroom which is located on the first floor. Apartment is up a flight of stairs above the garage. Plenty of parking. EV charger available. We have self check in and the host is extremely flexible.. We welcome all tenants! The Birds Nest is a perfect getaway destination for relaxing and fun.

Ashland, less than three miles south, has restaurants (many), grocery stores, laundromats, a movie theater, a public library, churches, a post office, and Randolph Macon College. King’s Dominion and Meadow Event Park are six miles north.
