Four Poster Mawddach Suite in Arthog Hall

A peaceful elegant four poster room with stunning views over Mawddach Estuary / views across to Barmouth from your window. We have various private bathrooms which can be used around the Castle. We are located close to Cregennan Lakes which is popular for walking and fishing and we are right next to Arthog Waterfalls. Barmouth is a short drive across the Toll Bridge (80p) (approx 5 miles) away. We have an atrium area where guests can enjoy breakfast which is self serve continental.

The tower that the house gets its name from goes back to at least 1460 with latter additions is set in four acres of gardens including a lake. The house is very well located with easy access on foot to all the amenities that Conwy has to offer. There is a good selection of independent shops and restaurants. The stunning castle and estuary views are just a 5 minute walk from the house. Conwy is a perfect base to explore North Wales and Snowdonia National Park. Bodnant Gardens, a flagship RHS garden, is a 15 minute drive away as is the beautiful Victorian town of Llandudno with its impressive promenade.
