The Dolphin House

Three-bedroom, two-bath home, located in the Bayshore Beach Club community, offers easy access to Alsea River to the east and the sandy beaches to the west walk to the ocean beach, bay beach, seasonal pool. (ADDITIONAL FEE FOR SEASONAL HEATED POOL). Home is centrally located you can see a lot in just a short trip yet still feel relaxed and away from it all. PET FRIENDLY-with approval. Need prior approval for boats or RV's parking - HOA rules.
