Kerikeri - Right in town, quiet and comfortable

Treat yourself to an affordable weekend break in sunny Kerikeri. We have a comfortable open plan 3 bedroom home located in a quiet street just a short flat stroll to the centre of town. Park your car and enjoy a wine and a delicious bite to eat at your choice of cafes, bars and restaurants. An easy walk of the New World supermarket, cinema complex, library and the Kerikeri domain (green area). Kerikeri is ideally located to explore and enjoy the delights of the beautiful Bay of Islands.

Totara House

Totara House is located in attractive and peaceful surroundings and is walking distance to Kerikeri, Stone Store and Rainbow Falls. The location makes it the perfect base to explore some of the amazing beaches, walks and activities in the Bay of Islands and further North. In Kerikeri check out the local Saturday market or buy wine, fruit, cheese and chocolate from local producers around Kerikeri. Kerikeri town centre is 5 minutes away by car and has supermarkets, post office all you need.

Top House - unrivalled views and privacy

The Top House, so named because of its location, with 270 degree views, has unrivalled privacy, and it's own helipad. This recently renovated 3 bedroom house is located on 330 acres of private farmland. The house has been finished to a high standard, with excellent amenities, including hot tub with amazing views, outdoor dining and lounge spaces on 360 degree decks, WiFi, two TVs, heaps of parking, modern kitchen and luxury bathrooms, and comfortable stylish furniture throughout.

Country Cottage

The Cottage has been completely refurbished in 2016, retaining some of its charming features with up-dated modern facilities, and is fully self contained. Sleeping arrangements for up to 8 people. Set amidst a half hectare of park like surroundings, orchards and fields. Located 2 km north of Waipapa. Ideally situated for access to restaurants, galleries, country markets, beaches, walkways, historic places, crafts, water sports, native forests, theatres and the Bay of Islands.

Kiwi calls and sunrises by the Kerikeri inlet.

Get ready for family fun in this peaceful 3 bedroom home. Overlooking the Rangitane reserve, watch from the deck as the kids play tennis or swing at the playground. Only 200m to the boat ramp to access the beautiful Bay of Islands. 15 minutes to supplies in Kerikeri or Waipapa. 8 minutes to Doves Bay marina. Little ones can swim at high tide at the reserve. Kayak around the inlet and catch a snapper, or wander the nearby bushtracks. Listen out for the local kiwi at night.

Rustic Bush Retreat

A haven for relaxation surrounded by native birds, including kiwis, tuis, fantails and wood pigeons, all living on the property. Enjoy a wine on the veranda and watch the boats go by or take a swim at Opito bay- just 5 minutes away. Plenty of room to park the boat plus two launching ramps, a ski lane and some of the best fishing NZ has to offer!

FishMore Cottage

This spacious, self standing and self contained one bedroom cottage is very privately located within our organic citrus orchard just 5km outside of Kerikeri town. It's double glazing, full insulation, mosquito screens and heat pump/aircon give it the perfect setting to relax or to explore the Bay of Islands. Our pool, friendly farm animals and luscious gardens and orchard make it a perfect place for children and adults alike.

Wharau Lodge

Wharau Lodge is a privately owned 2 bedroom home which is available to be used as an idyllic holiday retreat offering panoramic views over the Bay of Islands. If we do not have people staying before or after you we offer flexible check in and check out. We charge a $85 cleaning fee. Also there is an optional $55 charge if you would like us to have the Hot Tub ready to use.

Close to historic Russell and all it's charms, yet private and spacious enough so you can relax and unwind. Some of the best night sky viewing around, with Kiwi in the nearby bush.

A luxurious waterfront retreat in the beautiful Bay of Islands. Enjoy the seclusion and intimacy of the bay. Swim, kayak, paddleboard, walk, or relax. Set in 40 acres of native bush on a private beach. Wellbeing studio onsite. 5 mins drive to Historic Russell.

Kerikeri Cottage and Pool

Cottage separate from main house sleeps 2. Kitchenette/living room, bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Minimum 2 night stay. Use of Solar heated family swimming pool (Nov-March) . 15 min walk / 5 min drive to Kerikeri centre. Quiet location close to attractions.
