Het stenen huisje is gelegen achterin onze tuin, midden in het Heuvelland. U heeft een eigen opgang. Het huisje bestaat uit een keuken, eenvoudige douche/toilet, woonkamer en een slaapkamer met 2 boxspings (120 x 200 cm ). Aan de achterzijde van de woning is een terras met tuin aanwezig (50 m2), waarvan alleen U gebruik kunt maken. Gratis Wifi. Bij aankomst zijn de bedden opgemaakt en liggen handdoeken en keukenlinnen voor u klaar. Koffie,thee,melk en suiker is eveneens aanwezig.

De studio heeft hoge muren van 3,40 meter. wat karakteristiek is voor dit pand. In de zomer blijft het dan ook lekker koel. De studio is met hoogwaardige materialen afgewerkt. Vanuit het terras heb je uitzicht over de uitgestrekte weilanden en de geul.
