Cucina dotata di piano cottura, frigorifero, utensili da cucina. Lo spazioso appartamento dispone di TV a schermo piatto, pareti insonorizzate, bollitore per tè e caffè e vista sul mare. L'unità dispone di 6 posti letto. Gli ospiti accedono gratuitamente alla spiaggia attrezzata con ombrelloni e lettini disponibili al piano -1

Vineyards Paradise

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

La casa si trova a pochi passi dal mare dove c'è la possibilità di affittare ombrellone e lettini. Situata al piano terra di una villa di 2 piani, ha ingresso indipendente e giardino arredato con tavolo, sedie e ombrellone e un dondolo per rilassarsi. L'appartamento è composto da: ingresso, cucina, sala con tavolo da pranzo e divano, 2 camere e 2 bagni, più una stanza lavatoio. E' dotato di televisore, lavatrice, stendibiancheria, asciugacapelli, tavola e ferro da stiro. Parcheggio privato.

La grotta

Il mio alloggio è nel centro storico del paese. Si trova a soli 10 km dalle Terme di Sorano, mentre a 20km possiamo trovare il Lago di Bolsena e le Terme di Saturnia (spa). Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: luminoso, panoramico, pulito ed accogliente. Adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). NB: se la prenotazione è per due persone si intende un solo letto, per un letto in più è necessario prenotare almeno per 3 persone.

L'Arrocco offre il privilegio unico di dormire in una vera torre medievale, con un terrazzino in cima da cui si gode una vista spettacolare delle torri e dei tetti di Tarquinia, del mare, della campagna circostante. E' annesso a un loft finemente ristrutturato nel 2019 con ogni comfort contemporaneo, in un palazzetto d'epoca di squisita bellezza. 75 metri quadri complessivi per quattro persone. C'è anche un letto singolo sul soppalco, per i temerari. Open space + 1 bagno.

HomyHome is a nice studio flat on the 13th floor facing the sea. Open space composed of a double bedroom, small living room with sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen and a 120 m2 terrace with a splendid view of the sea and the city. It is located a few steps from the railway station and is about 300 meters from the port. The apartment is not accessible to people with mobility difficulties, the building has a lift up to the 12th floor, the 13th floor is accessible only by stairs.

La Cava (Palazzo Pallotti)

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.
