Chapel View es un hermoso apartamento de dos dormitorios en el primer piso en el corazón de Broadstairs que cuenta con una plaza de aparcamiento gratuita. Mi espacio de estacionamiento es un regalo del cielo, ya que el estacionamiento en temporada alta cuesta £ 15.00 al día en el estacionamiento del consejo. Mi casa de vacaciones junto al mar se encuentra en dos niveles y está a dos minutos a pie de Viking Bay y está a un tiro de piedra de restaurantes, cafeterías, bares y tiendas independientes que hacen de Broadstairs un destino tan popular. He actualizado los muebles del salón en octubre de 2024.

Hermoso apartamento con seis ventanas del piso al techo orientadas al mar. Este es un edificio de grado II con una rara vista sobre los jardines y el mar. Sin embargo, la fachada y la barandilla necesitan TLC. No te desanimes por el exterior en mal estado. Poco a poco se están realizando obras para renovar el exterior, pero todo esto lleva tiempo. Es posible que el departamento no sea adecuado para bebés ni niños pequeños, ya que las ventanas se abren hasta el piso. No hay TV, pero se proporciona un proyector. ¡Nuevo! Cama para perros increíblemente cómoda.

Baydream Studio is a self-contained private and beautiful space built onto the side of our house. It has fabulous direct seaviews and a balcony. You can be on the sandy beach in just 2 minutes, which has a Seaside Award meaning it is one of the best beaches in England. The Studio is comfortable, spacious, light and airy. Far enough out of town to be peaceful but only a 10 minute level walk along the cliff top to the vibrant town centre where there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and pubs.
