Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Charming newly renovated fisherman's cottage from 1911 with views of the harbor and the sea. It has a south facing very sunny patio. The house is located on a hill in the very city center. 100 meters from harbour, restaurants, bus and boat communications. It is a perfect calm spot to discover the Stockholm archipelago and Stockholm city. 2 rooms, 35 sqm. Mysigt litet hus, sjöutsikt och skogstomt, Värmdö

Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. Cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.

Här kan du bo i ett hus direkt vid havskanten i Stockholms skärgård. Endast 30 minuter med bil från Stockholms innerstad. Huset består av ett sovrum med havsutsikt åt två håll, sov med fönstret öppet och hör vågorna. Sällskapsrum med fullt utrustat kök, soffa och fåtöljer. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.

Private entrance and a veranda for evening dinners. This is a great base to explore the area either by foot, locally, or by car across the Archipelago. Stockholm by ferry was so easy. Modern and well equipped apartment. The apartment has a small bedroom, a family room with kitchen and sofa, a bathroom, a small wardrobe, separate entrance and patio. In this apartment you can stay 2 persons and a third small one. The apartment is settled 40 meters from the sea with our private jetty where it is beautiful to watch the sunset or go swimming. We have wifi (fiber) good for streaming.
