Our main priority is nature and eco-friendliness, which is why we are committed to using renewable energy systems, low power consumption, and eco-friendly materials in our operations.

The houses are situated in Vassilikos, a small village at the south west promontory of the island of Zakynthos and 500 meters away from the beautiful beach of Gerakas in the middle of the National Marine Park. They are surrounded by green-clad gardens, away from traffic and passing cars, which makes them ideal for children. Every building disposes of a large shaded verandahs and has been constructing along the lines of the local traditional architecture.

Villa Areti is a two-floor traditional stone house that accommodate up to 5 persons. The ground floor offers a cozy living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen. The recently renovated bathroom is also located on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there is one bedroom with one double bed and a single bed. Here you can also access to the balcony with a private table with lovely views of the sea and the farm.
