Chemicals will be added for your arrival - instructions will be sent prior to your arrival. The hot tub does have a gazebo over it, so can be used in all weathers. Tub will be cleaned for your booking - hence the higher cleaning fee.

Also a hospitality welcome coffee, tea and sugar or sweeteners provided. The Guests can use the swimming pool, as well as the Gymnasium free of charge.

Local bus services are approximately 200m from the property. The property is also walking distance from the Cottrell Park golf resort. Please note: Hot tub is available and complimentary between May and October. No additional guests or visitors are allowed at the property, other than those booked in to stay.

In addition to the 2 acre garden there are 3 acres of paddock.
