Onze accommodatie ligt in de historische binnenstad van Utrecht. De ruimte is vlakbij alle mooie musea, goede restaurants en cafés. U zult genieten van mijn plek omdat het een accommodatie in een eeuwenoude werfkelder is, met alles erop en eraan. De kelder is begin 2019 volledig gerenoveerd en voorzien van een nieuwe moderne keuken met benodigde apparatuur. Mijn ruimte is geschikt voor dagjesmensen, stellen, solo-avonturiers en zakelijke reizigers. De accommodatie heeft een eigen ingang.

Vlakbij natuurgebieden en het recreatiegebied de Maarseveense plassen. Ook de steden Utrecht en Amsterdam zijn dichtbij (20-25 autominuten). Heerlijke uitvalsplek om te ontspannen. Er zijn 3-4 slaapplekken: de 'master bedroom' (bed 140x200) en de slaapbank in de woonkamer (120x200), allemaal zonder ochtendzon. Verder kun je evt. je eigen kinderbedje in de kamer van één van mijn dochters neerzetten.
