We are immensely proud of our achievement as this is a family (ad)venture where we combined our visions and decorative flares without any professional assistance in designing our space. This beautifully decorated stone villa has a location that ticks virtually every box – sea views, mountains, forests, gardens and only a short drive from magical medevial town of Dubrovnik. Villa is set within spacious grounds surrounded by pure nature in beautiful part of the Cavtat countryside a five-minute drive to a pretty pebbled stone shore and calm crystal-clear waters. Absolutely privacy and connection with nature offers guests a peaceful and quiet setting to enjoy a relaxing break.

Alluring Vineyard Stone House, Step to DBV Airport

This cozy and peaceful apartment is ideally located close to Dubrovnik airport, with free parking. It has a lovely home away from home feel and is great for a base when visiting Dubrovnik (30 min), Cavtat (5 min), or Pasjača beach (10 min) by car. Perfect for an early morning flight. It is in an original old Dalmatian stone house, with a huge courtyard, where you can relax. Guests are welcome to explore our vineyard and olive grove and enjoy the picturesque Mediterranean views and scents.

Our house is situated in the very heart of Cavtat in a street leading directly to the main square. It has a fantastic view from the terrace, being situated in the middle of the village. It is a typical, more than 300 years old stone house with a traditional small patio hidden from the views from the street that we renovated with love and a great sense of preserving the heritage. It is just minutes away from bars, restaurants, beaches and the central promenade by the sea in Cavtat port.

Villa Dalma

Villa is located in Cilipi, a town situated 5 km from Cavtat, and from Dubrovnik is 20 km away. The villa is surrounded by green garden with typical Mediterranean vegetation and is perfect for a pleasant holiday and a break from stress. Rebuild stone house has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to six guests, 3 bathrooms. one outdoor grill and terrace with a private pool. Near the Villa there are 2 shops 20 m, a butcher's shop 5 m, a pizzeria restaurant 5 m, a coffee bar 20 m.
