Angelo, we hope you enjoyed your stay in Tulum. We try to accommodate all our guests needs as much as possible. Thank you for you patience during the emergency situation we had with the water pump. Sometimes these things just happen. We do our best. We are a private home, not a hotel. I hope you can appreciate how we tried to resolve the situation and reimburse you 15% for the inconvenience. In the future, I would recommend you leave the apartments cleaner. The place was a mess.
