We arrived at the listing a little before 3pm, we waited outside to receive check in instructions, she sent me a message stating there was a weird odor coming from the dishwasher that had been broken prior to our arrival and so we wouldn’t be able to check in until 3:45ish so it could air out, I let her know that we didnt care about that and we’d air it out bc we were simply tired from arriving in atl at 10am and just wanted to get settled. After she said to just give her 5min (at 2:58pm) she still didn’t let us enter the listing until after 3:30 pm. When we entered it was clear the place hadn’t been properly cleaned, swept or wiped down, although there wasn’t trash there was dog hair on the couch, rug and chairs, and a dog smell to follow that. The smell from the dishwasher wasn’t as strong as the smell of the property itself. That was minor, we were able to get over that but on day 2 we found a bed bug, we then canceled to check into a hotel. After telling her she stopped responding.
