Canoe, paddles & safety vests available for $20 your entire stay. Atlantic City and Philly just 30 miles away. Wrap around deck puts great outdoors just outside the lakeside patio.

Enjoy the shore at this fully renovated luxurious beach house. This 3 bedroom 2 bath (with sleeper Sofa) can sleep up to 12 people. The space has been recently renovated. New kitchen, new bathrooms, brand new carpets, and hardwoods. An amazing in ground heated pool, with 8ft privacy fence highlight the back yard. The back yard also features ample seating, a fire pit, and a brand new 7 person hot tub. This is the perfect getaway for any family or families looking for fun at the jersey shore.

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. There is a bonfire pit in the old barn ruins. Plenty of room for a trailer, all your friend's cars, and throwing a ball around at the same time!
