The barn is set in the large garden of an old farm house in the historical Village of Kings Sutton, and has been tastefully converted in to a modern living space. The accommodation comprises: Large kitchen sitting room, with WIFI and Connected TV. A mezzanine bedroom with double bed (sleeps 2 or 2 +baby in cot) A small seperate bedroom that can be laid out as a King or 2 single beds A small tasteful bathroom and a utility room. Use of our garden (with own small private area) & hot tub.

The Old Calf Shed

The Old Calf Shed, situated in the heart of a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border, has a beautifully calm atmosphere with relaxing interiors including a lovely wood burning stove in the open kitchen/living room. Fantastic rural views, parking for 4 cars, an outdoor seating area and 450 beautiful acres to explore. Some of the tourist sites nearby include Silverstone, RH England at Aynho Park, Broughton Castle, Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Upton House.

The Rabbit Hutch

It's an ideal base for visiting the Cotswolds, Oxford, Blenheim Palace, Silverstone and Stratford-upon-Avon, or relaxing after a day's shopping in Bicester Village. The cottage is located on our smallholding at the edge of the picturesque village of Steeple Aston.

There are two bedrooms upstairs but one is a walk through to get to bathroom and the other bedroom. There is a local pub/restaurant a short stroll away, otherwise local amenities can be found in Banbury, a couple of miles away, including supermarkets, restaurants, cinema and main line train station (London, Marylebone 50 mins, Birmingham New Street/Snow Hill 40 mins, etc.).
