Seasonal use of kayak, paddle board, paddle boat, & swim floats on site. Seasonal boat and jet ski rentals available at nearby marinas.

3-bedroom 2-bath lake front home built in 2018 with all new furnishings installed Fall of 2020. Enjoy your private 2.4 acres on a secluded cove (seasonal water*) with a 10 ft by 20 ft dock/swim platform. With the cove being so quiet it is great for swimming, using the peddle boat or the two kayaks provided with the home. The yard includes a fire pit and a picnic table located in a small grove to keep cool in the summer heat. Located near Lakeview Marina in Sharps Chapel.
