Close to the quaint fishing village of Appledore, with it’s bustling quayside and ferry across to Instow. A 10 minute walk to the coast path. The cottage is ideal for couples, families and friends any time of the year. Northam with it’s shops, fish & chips, Chinese take away, pub and restaurant, is a great base to explore the wonderful North Devon Coast.

Pineapple is a lovely period cottage, steps away from the centre of Chagford, a unique and historical small town in Dartmoor National Park. Front door opens into hall. Comfortable sitting/dining room, two beautiful bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with roll-top bath, shower over. Several levels connected by small staircases. English country garden accessed via shared path. (see picture). Off-road parking in space suitable for small to medium sized vehicles.

The Little Barn sits snugly in the beautiful rolling hills of Mid-Devon on the Two Moors Way, half way between Dartmoor and Exmoor. The Granary is great for families or couples who want to get away and enjoy the countryside, explore beautiful North Devon, chill in the private garden or just cosy up beside the log fire. Whilst we are in a small rural hamlet, we also have towns and villages a short drive away which have great pubs and cafes. We are 45 minutes from the beautiful North Devon beaches as well as Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks. Driveway parking for 2 cars.

The Roundhouse is our split level cottage with stunning views across the moor and is the perfect self-catering cottage for couples or solo travellers that like a bit of extra space. With fantastic walks straight from the farm and some of North Devon's best sights and beaches such as Woolacombe and Croyde only a short drive away, The Roundhouse offers the perfect hideaway to explore Exmoor.

The Boathouse - Lee Bay, Devon

Located on the beach front, The Boathouse is a charming cottage housing four guests in picturesque Lee Bay, and boasting a magnificent sea view. Being next to the Southwest Coastal Path, and in close proximity to the famous Woolacombe Beach, it's a perfect destination for all. There are up to three private parking spaces on the premises, and one or two well behaved dogs are welcomed.
