Sparrow Creek is located at the southern end of Cayuga Lake. Enjoy the back deck off the kitchen overlooking a wooded landscape and a meandering creek. The area is friendly and within 15 minutes to downtown Ithaca and surrounding areas. My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on five acres of land behind the house, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Currently, New York State charges 8% sales tax and Yates County charges 4% Occupancy Tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space. Sorry.

1850's historic Victorian farmhouse near our 6th generation family vineyards. Perfect location for your wine weekend getaway! This renovated guest space includes a relaxing library, two bedrooms and one full bathroom, along with access to our large front porch for enjoying a morning cup of coffee and an evening glass of wine. This space is separate from the owner's living areas in the back of the house. Not suitable for children. We are happy to offer tours of our family farm upon request.

With the large wrap around porch, you will get lost in this beautiful setting while sipping on a glass of wine from many of our local Wineries. On the inside the first thing you will notice is the open floor plan, granite counter tops, and wall to wall windows with views for days. This property sleeps up to 6 guest, has 2 bedrooms up stairs and a large day room that can act as a 3rd.
