Our home is a perfect family getaway. It is located in the beautiful village Bujagali - 12 min by car to Jinja City and a 10 min walk to the Nile (beautiful sunsets!, SUP, Kayaking, Boat Cruises, restaurants, Quad Biking…). The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a tropical bathroom with a rainfall shower, a master bedroom, kids room and an office. The colourful garden has a firepit, a pool and a play area. The veranda has comfy rocking chairs, a big dining table and a sofa.

Margaret's Green Home

A large, serene compound with a uniquely built home. Having breakfast or dinner at the outside veranda is a relaxing experience, right at your doorstep. The unique architecture connects the living room, dinning and kitchen as if it is in one space. With three bedrooms, this is an ideal place for a family or a couple of friends. The place is fully equipped, ideal for both long and short stays. Mind that Kampala experiences power black-outs every now and then and currently we don't have back-up.

The River House is a secluded family home on The River Nile, 10km from Jinja. It boasts large outdoor living, pool, stunning views and a garden full of birds and monkeys. The house can sleep up to 6 adults. There are also shorter beds for 2 children and 1 infant. Please send an inquiry for larger family groups. Spa treatments The house is complimented with river access. A boatman can be organised for birding, fishing, and boat rides to attractions; horse riding, kayaking, ATVs, tubing.

The house is self catered with a full maid/cook service. You will have sole use of the house with no other guests. We also have a guest cottage on the property which sleeps 5 and can be booked separately. The house is 20kms outside of Jinja with views over the Nile, so you can sit by the pool and watch the best rapids in the world.

There are 2 full time staff to help with washing dishes and cleaning. The cottage is situated on 27 acres of private land with 800 meters of lawn on the crater lake rim - all to yourself. It is a 45 minute drive to the chimp tracking starting point. It’s a great spot to go for walks, runs, bike rides and swim in the crater lakes.
