Our purpose built Sanctuary is a real home from home , ideal for two adults plus pets ,to live in whilst visiting friends or family in the area or for using it as a base for a holiday as many guests use us to explore Northumberland , its wonderful beaches , Morpeth , Alnwick , Seahouses and Bamburgh .It’s also only a 5 minute drive to the local beach , the A19 and just a twenty minute bus ride into the centre of Newcastle ,using the great bus service catching the X7 which runs every 30 mins.

The Haven

If you’re on Tyneside for business, holiday or visiting your family, our own self-contained holiday home is a great place for you to stay. Park your car off-road in front of our door. Inside, our ground-floor 2 bedroom flat is fully equipped and very comfortable. You’ll sleep in a large airy bedroom in a wonderful king-size bed with hotel quality bedding. The living room and modern kitchen offer all the amenities you could want for your visit. It's in a quiet street but very centrally located.

Puddler's Cottage

Enjoy a stylish experience at this characterful cottage. Located in the centre of a small town, Puddler's Cottage is the perfect base to explore the stunning beaches and castles of Northumberland whilst only a short drive to vibrant Newcastle. With a wood burning stove, a cot available on request and a sofa bed downstairs, Puddler's has all you could wish for a cosy and comfortable getaway. The main bedroom has patio doors to another small secluded patio which borders a field with horses. A family of foxes live in the wood and are regularly seen in the field. You can relax in, or wander around our garden which has a fish pond, little man made stream and bridge. Less than a mile to a beautiful beach. Enjoy the beautiful Northumbrian coastline and castles.
