The Tiny (off grid) House on Wai Māhanga Farm

Your Air Conditioned accoms are a small Off Grid Tiny Home. It is situated in Taumārere just out of Kawakawa on SH11 on the way to Paihia on our working Regenerative Farm. Specifically built for couples to enjoy the privacy and beautiful farm views over green paddocks to the Cycleway and Vintage Railway. Our tiny house is intimate, open plan, with a small kitchen incl a double gas stovetop and a wee fridge/freezer. Check out our waterhole, walk with the cows, relax and enjoy! Paihia 17min drive

Very spacious 2 bedroom cottage solely for guests use (opened Jan 2023) Open plan lounge, dining, kitchenette area Jug, toaster, microwave, toasted sandwich machine, electric frypan, fridge/freezer, air fryer, rice cooker. Bedding includes 1 x electric adjustable king single bed. Total of 4 beds plus rollaway bed.. Dargaville township 10-15 min walk. Suitable single, couples, family, business guests. Dairy - 7 days and Takeaways 5 days. Kai Iwi Lakes 20mins approx. Stay 1 night or longer.

KP Wagons were used throughout NZ to move general freight goods and were eventually removed from service in the 1990's. These renovated ensuite cabins with their own covered deck sleep two with a queen sized bed and have kitchen appliances such as a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster
