The space is a clean, quiet, studio w/ kitchen, queen sized bed, futon couch, bathroom with a rain shower head, & sleeping loft. It's stocked with luxurious throws, linens, and towels. Newly renovated (2018) above garage loft with its own private entrance via a spiral staircase. Large deck w/ outdoor seating, bathroom & small kitchenette w/ microwave/mini fridge/keurig (NO stove/oven). Above garage loft is attached to our main house via a staircase w/ locked door. We are 90min to Yosemite entrance GATE, 135min to Valley Floor *depending on traffic: summer = busier. Peak hour park reservations may be required. 35 min. to Pinecrest Lake & Dodge Ski. 7 min. to Black Oak Casino

Lovely Historic Queen Anne Victorian Home!

The entire upstairs is very roomy and peaceful. 2 bedrooms with queens, large TV room with 5th person extra-long single bed. A kitchenette and newly remodeled bathroom. BIG wraparound porch to enjoy the garden. Historic Gold Rush towns, wineries, lakes, rivers, and winter sports are nearby. Yosemite's Highway 120 entrance is just a 1 1/2 hour drive away. Experience the historic Gold Country and Yosemite national park staying in this newly renovated 1800s mining cabin. Originally built in the late 1800s for the miners of the Crystal Rock mine, the cottage now has heat, air conditioning, highspeed wifi, a kitchen, and bathroom. The Broken Branch is a small working ranch, so the beautiful sunrise views include several horses, donkeys, and goats. It's about an hour and a half to Yosemite and only minutes from downtown Columbia and Sonora.
