Super close to the Capital Building, State Offices, downtown and all amenities. Remodeled in 2019, there's a full kitchen with lots of breakfast & snack options provided. The sprawling bathroom has heated floors, a 5 ft shower & a Samsung full size washer-dryer.

Waterfront Cabin on the Sound

Looking for a quiet place to get away “glamp” - our special cabin is the place for you. The cabin is SMALL and cozy. It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs for a $50 fee each.

This guesthouse features local art and eco-friendly touches. The sofa bed from Joybird features a surprisingly comfy memory foam mattress, and we are happy to make it up for those who prefer to hang out on the first floor or cannot climb into the loft.
