Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Looking for a large private country retreat & easy access to great shops, restaurants and a major supermarket? You found it! Granby Cottage is a spacious, 2 bed bungalow within the grounds of a private country house estate set within 12 acres of green belt. Dog friendly with an enclosed garden with your own patio & BBQ - do book one of our fantastic (award winning) dog playfields on site. Your dog will be SO pleased. 2 mins drive to a supermarket (Sainsbury’s) and 12 mins on train to Bath.

Delightful shepherds hut in rural location

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic shepherds hut in a vast garden in the village of Hilperton, 30 min drive from Bath & 15 min drive to Bradford on Avon. The hut sleeps 4, a Kingsize below and double on top but preferably only 2 children or 1 small adult on the top bunk. Extra child mattress & sleeping bag under the bed. There is a 5 min walk across a field to the Kennet and Avon canal with beautiful walks in either direction. The hut is situated in a private spot in our family garden.

The West Wing

Peaceful self-contained annex attached to owner's property. Easy strolling distance to The Kennet & Avon Canal, River Avon, open fields and Bradford-on-Avon town centre and all the amenities that the town offers. The accommodation provides a spacious wet room and and bed-sitting room which has a kitchenette area (2-ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is a smart TV and free wifi. Access is via private entrance into courtyard area. Easy on-street parking adjacent.
