The property offers non-smoking, self catering accommodation with its own south facing, private, courtyard garden, surfboard/suit storage & off-road parking for one car.

Newly converted in 2023, Lavender Cottage, surrounded by lavender bushes, offers a delightful private stay on the land of our family home. The cottage is tucked away down a quiet country lane but within walking distance from the village store and amenities. Offering a small kitchenette, en-suite shower room and separate bedroom. It also has a sofa bed making a small double and a pull out single trundle bed in the living room.

It offers room for 8 people; the ground floor consists of sitting room (wood burner), dining room, kitchen/breakfast room, twin bedroom, separate bathroom (shower over bath) & lavatory. An open staircase leads to the first floor with a twin bedroom, 2 double bedrooms & shower room with lavatory. Private parking for 3 cars along side spacious grounds.

Alternatively decide to just relax, pour yourself a glass of wine and let the world turn a little!

Acorn Barn a unique former cow house

Get away from it all with a cosy stay in a unique little barn conversion on a small holding with poultry, sheep and pigs. Acorn Barn sits at the end of its own driveway across a field set above a small CAMC 5cl. At night you may hear owls in the valley and the usual country noises by day from nearby working farms although the barn itself is double glazed and previous guests haven’t found any noises intrusive. You can see the railway line and look down on the duck pond and watch the poultry.
