Nous sommes à 100 mètres de la plus belle plage du Nord, la plage de Trou aux Biches. Pas besoin de voiture tout est à proximité. La Résidence est dans un endroit central, juste à 40 mètres de la route principale qui traverse le village de Trou aux Biches.
