It was built by us featuring a private hot tub, perfect for stargazing on a clear night. The stunning views are over an area of outstanding natural beauty, across a valley to the sea where the sun sets. You can meet our alpacas and sheep. The Folly - Quiet country cottage, hot tub, garden

Perfect for nature-lovers, this unique property is situated on it's own in the centre of our farm. Down a 1/4 mile lane with no neighbours, you'll be in your own little world. If you do venture out- it's only a few miles to the beach, Bude or Boscastle- you can see the sea from the garden. Or you could explore the surrounding farmland and footpaths- lots of beautiful woodland & wildlife. Almost no light pollution makes it the perfect for hot tub star gazing in the hot tub. Dogs very welcome!

Garden Cabin

Large and cosy 1 room log cabin (5m x 4m) sited in our 1 acre cottage garden. With an en suite shower room, kitchen area, full sized fridge, hob and microwave. Ideal for walkers as only a mile from the beautiful CCP, there are also lots of lovely walks from the door step. Bude is only 4 miles away for shops, beaches and restaurants. Highchair and full size cot available for baby or infant. We will provide tea/coffee, milk and biscuits for you on your arrival The cabin is a no smoking area.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Cancleave - Cornish Clifftop Luxury

Cancleave has been in our family since 1962. During the winter of 2020/21 it underwent a complete reconstruction to create a modern, energy-efficient and supremely comfortable retreat. Nestled on the coast road between Crackington Haven and Widemouth Bay, the property occupies around half an acre of lawned garden bordering the South West Coast Path. From here you can enjoy breathtaking views across Bude Bay as far as Lundy Island, as well as inland vistas stretching all the way to Dartmoor.

The Granary at Stoneleigh Knowle Cottages

Adventure up a long drive lined with springtime primroses, daffodils and bluebells into the peace of the countryside. This cosy stone cottage, provides a wonderful retreat. Feel instantly at home in the cottage's cosy bedrooms and sitting room with log burner. Take a soak in the roll-top bath or wander through the wildflower meadow or private woodland. Enjoy the fresh air with a BBQ in the cottage's private enclosed garden or relax in the shared gardens, stargazing or playing ping-pong.

'The Weekender' @Cleavefarmcottages, Crackington

The Weekender is a contemporary space,38sqm with stunning views all round step through the door and relax. The decor is stylish, comfortable, a beautiful haven to sit and contemplate the breathtaking surroundings from. Described by a recent guest as "The most beautiful small space they'd ever stayed in" It can be difficult to do anything here other than unwind. But if you can drag yourself away from this little gem it's a great place to explore North Cornwall's diverse delights from.

The Haven View Chalet, Crackington Haven, Cornwall

The Chalet is a self-contained wood-built cabin in the grounds of Haven View, perched on the side of the valley and overlooking the dramatic cliffs and beach of Crackington Haven. If you feel like joining in and enjoying the activities, cafes or pub, it's only a 2 minute walk away, or you can sit out on the veranda listening to the sounds of the sea and just watch! Also a great base for some coast path walking, with some challenging but spectacular cliff walks straight from the door.

Tucked away, but easily accessed from the A39, a short drive down a well maintained road with plenty of off-road parking.
