Det finns ett fullutrustat kök med plats för 4 personer vid matbordet samt egen tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Sovrummet har en queen-size dubbelsäng samt bekväm bäddsoffa för 2 sovande. Du parkerar bil, lastbil eller bil med släp precis utanför dörren, behöver du kunna ladda elbilen går laddplats att ordna!

We invite you to rent a luxurious apartment with an extraordinary view in one of the best locations in all of Malmö. The Airbnb is located on the 11th floor in a new complex in the trendy area Västra Hamnen. With two cafés across the street, a big grocery shop ICA Maxi around the corner along with several restaurants, you’re always close to amenities. If you want to take a dip, the sea is only a three minutes walk away. Malmö central can also be reached in five minutes by either bike or bus.

Vi välkomnar gäster till renoverat källarplanet som är ca 60 m2, i vår gamla villa från 1929. Det finns värmegolv, öppen spis, tv, dusch, bastu, badkar, Nespresso, micro, wifi och egen ingång genom carport och verkstad. Obs! Inget kök. I sovrummet finns en 160 cm säng och i tv-rummet en bäddsoffa (140 cm) Ni är välkommen att vara i trädgården som har en uteplats i hörnan. Eftersom det är trappor ner är det inte handikappvänligt. Det är gratis parkering på gatan men datumparkering.
